Do you want to book your winter holiday, but you want to avoid unexpected events?
We suggest you the insurance Care4UHotel, it gives you a refund of your pre-payment in case of cancellation of your stay and covers any cancellation fee. It costs only 4,8% of the total of the stay.
The insurance covers in case of illness (also Covid-19) of people included in the reservation or of a family member up to 2nd degree of kinship, quarantene, accident, loss of job, damage incurred at home, etc.
And remember, in case of new lockdown or closure of the national borders you can keep the pre-payment for a future stay at Hotel Residence Vioz or have your money back.
Our actual booking and cancellation terms for individual and direct bookings:
To confirm your booking we ask a pre-payment of about 30% of the total stay via bank transfer.
Cencellation terms:
- Up to 45 days before arrival free cancellation (you can keep the pre-payment for a future stay with us)
- From 45 to 15 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total (=pre-payment) or it will be kept for a future stay
- From 14 to 4 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total (=pre-payment + 20%) or it will be kept for a future stay
- From 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the total of the booking will be charged
