→ Deposit — a deposit of around 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
→ Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival — the deposit is converted into a voucher valid for 1 year.
→ From 14 to 4 days before arrival — 50% of the stay is charged and converted into a voucher valid for 1 year.
→ From 3 days before arrival — in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full booked stay is charged.
