Since 2001, I have been guiding guests of Hotel Vioz on their wellness journey through yoga. My practice is simple yet profound, in harmony with the rhythms of the mountains: the breath expands, the body regains balance, and the mind feels lighter.
During the summer, I will guide you through 3 weekly yoga classes on our green meadow along the sensory path (or indoors in case of bad weather).
