- The main hotel structure with the rooms, the new bar-bistro, the mini club, the new wellness for families, the games-shows-meetings room, the new hall and the restaurant.
- The residence in front with the new apartments with kitchen, laundry, spa Ahrodite (adults only) and bike/ski storage.
- The more secluded Casa Lisetta is 30 meters away, with some rooms and some apartments and the gym.
- The hut in Socina (2 km from Peio Paese) with 1 apartment and the lawn where our weekly barbecue takes place (in Summer).
