Every day we offer our guests with celiac disease a selection of dishes prepared with the utmost care, following specific operational procedures designed to minimize the risk of gluten cross-contamination.

We offer a homemade gluten-free cake every morning, prepared by our chef, such as our famous Trentino carrot and almond cake, alongside a selection of certified packaged products from leading brands, including cereals, biscuits, crispbreads, bread, and other sweet baked goods.

For lunch and dinner, we always provide at least two gluten-free starters or pasta dishes, two gluten-free main courses, and a gluten-free dessert of the day or fruit/ ice cream. While not all dishes and desserts featured on our menu can be prepared in a gluten-free version, our kitchen team strives to offer a varied and high-quality selection whenever possible.

The procedures we follow are regularly monitored and updated in cooperation with the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), which carries out periodic inspections of the services provided.

In the summer, once a week, Hotel Vioz organizes a daily excursion with barbecue in the hut. We start from Pejo Fonti, take the cable car to Rifugio Scoiattolo, from which we continue to Malga Saline (2,089 m).

There you will be led into a beautiful forest of fir and stone pines, where it is often possible to spot roe deer, squirrels and other wild animals.

From Malga Saline you descend to the Hotel Vioz hut, located at 1800 m above sea level, in one of the most enchanting positions in Val di Sole.

At the hut, you can experience the real Trentino barbecue. A traditional lunch, with the typical products of the Valley, in which there will be no shortage of polenta, meat, cheeses and the many delicacies of the area.

After the barbecue, we descend to Pejo Paese and then to Pejo Fonti.
