Every day for our celiac guests we offer a choice of dishes prepared with the utmost attention, avoiding gluten contamination. At breakfast you will find some fresh products (cakes) and packaged products from the best certified brands (cereals, biscuits, rusks, bread and sweets).

At lunch and dinner there will be at least 2 first courses and 2 second courses of your choice without gluten. Not all dishes and desserts on our menu can be replicated gluten-free, but we do everything we can to accommodate your taste. Our procedures are constantly monitored thanks also to the help and control of the association, which once a year sends a representative to judge the quality of the service offered.

In the summer, once a week, Hotel Vioz organizes a daily excursion with barbecue in the hut. We start from Pejo Fonti, take the cable car to Rifugio Scoiattolo, from which we continue to Malga Saline (2,089 m).

There you will be led into a beautiful forest of fir and stone pines, where it is often possible to spot roe deer, squirrels and other wild animals.

From Malga Saline you descend to the Hotel Vioz hut, located at 1800 m above sea level, in one of the most enchanting positions in Val di Sole.

At the hut, you can experience the real Trentino barbecue. A traditional lunch, with the typical products of the Valley, in which there will be no shortage of polenta, meat, cheeses and the many delicacies of the area.

After the barbecue, we descend to Pejo Paese and then to Pejo Fonti.
