Namastè, I’m Edi and since 2001 I have been taking care of the clients of the Hotel Vioz who choose to practice Yoga. I like to propose Yoga in harmony with the rhythms of the mountains, simple but concrete. The breath that expands, the body that finds its right posture, the mind that becomes light in the beauty of the views. I’m waiting for you to share the intense experience of practicing Yoga in the vital nature of the Stelvio National Park.
During the summer season, our yoga instructor, through the wisdom of an ancient discipline, who has been searching for the “ingredients” for a harmonious life for millennia, will accompany you on an inner journey. Various relaxation practices will allow you to get in tune with the natural rhythms of the mountain, explore the potential of breathing techniques, from the simplest to the most demanding, and activate your energy potential to make the most of your days moving in the open air.
Yoga is particularly useful for improving psychophysical fitness and increasing resistance to stress, preserving and improving the well-being of body, mind and spirit. We organize 3 lessons per week of 1 hour each. The lessons are held on the yoga lawn within the sensorial path (except in bad weather).
